For Veterans, First Responders, and High-Responsibility Professionals…

Discover How To Stop Carrying The Day Home Without Therapy, Another App, Or Pushing Through For Another 20 Years

This free training is designed to help you move from carrying the shift home and reacting sharper than you mean to, to closing the day at the day and walking through your own front door clean using a simple, field-tested framework, even if breathing apps, therapy, or "just push through" have not held up for you before.

This Is Only For Veterans, First Responders, And High-Responsibility Professionals Who Are Ready To Train A Skill, Not Sit Through More Theory.

This Is Not Another “Hope It Works” Strategy

Most veterans, first responders, and high-responsibility professionals struggle because they rely on:

Breathing apps and meditation tools built for calm lives, not loaded ones

Trial and error after every hard shift, hoping the carry will pass on its own

Pushing through and figuring it out alone which is what got them here

This training fixes that by walking you through a simple, repeatable framework that helps you:

See the exact reason standard stress advice keeps folding under real pressure and what to use instead

Learn a three-tool framework you can run in the actual moments that matter in the car, at the front door, the night after a hard call

Stop bringing the shift home and start being present with the people who matter

This exists to give you clarity on what is actually missing in your training, a framework that holds up in your environment, and a clear path forward so you can stop carrying the day home and start closing it out on purpose.

who is this for

A Little About You...

This training is designed for you - the veteran, first responder, or high-responsibility professional who is ready for real change, not surface-level tips that fold the second pressure shows up.

It's a strong fit if:

You want to leave the day at the day, walk through your own front door clean, and be present with the people who matter

You've tried breathing apps, meditation, willpower, or "just push through" and none of it has held up when the pressure was real

You're open to a simple, structured framework built for your environment — not a calmer one

You're willing to actually run the tools, not just collect another set of ideas to file away

This is especially helpful when you feel:

Like you keep reacting sharper than you mean to, and you can't access the better version of yourself on purpose

Like the carry has become the personality like this might just be how it is from here on out

Frustrated that you know what to do but can't apply it in the moments that actually matter

What You'll Discover...

In this training, you'll get clarity, perspective, and a concrete next step not another set of techniques to add to the pile that hasn't held up.

OUTCOME #1

The Missing Half

Why the standard stress advice - apps, breathing exercises, "just relax" - keeps collapsing under real pressure. You weren't trained badly. You were trained for the first half of the job. The second half, recovery, was never installed. Once that gap has a name, the path forward gets clear.

OUTCOME #2

Tools That Hold Up

You'll walk through the three field-tested tools at the center of the TMR framework - CALM, PAUSE, and RAIN. Each one handles a specific situation you're already living through, in under 90 seconds, in the real environment, with no equipment and no app.

OUTCOME #3

The Carry Ends Here

What it actually looks like when the shift closes at the shift. Cleaner drives home. Conversations that don't escalate past your intent. Sleep that's not still on patrol. And a version of yourself your family recognizes again not "fine," but actually there.

This isn't about doing more. It's about doing what actually moves you forward.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey,I'm Susan M. Decker!

I work with veterans, first responders, and high-responsibility professionals who can handle the job but were never handed a way to come down from it. I built this because I lived the gap myself finishing shifts and never finishing the day, reacting sharper than I meant to, carrying it into the kitchen and the bedroom and the next morning. So I built the framework I needed and never got.

After 24 years in the U.S. Navy and years now operating inside a high-responsibility civilian role, every tool inside TMR was field-tested in the environments it was built for not designed in a quiet room and hoped to translate.

Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with 24 years of service

Currently operating inside a high-responsibility civilian role every tool field-tested in real environments
